It is a reminder to all those that have thoughts of suicide or hurting themselves that we, as your community, want you to reach out and get help. There are many resources that players have created or provided that you can use, including an in-game chat channel (join “Broadcast4Reps”). You can pop in this channel and talk to the room, or even ask for someone to chat with 1 on 1. There are moderators in every timezone, and there is almost always someone willing to listen. None of us are professionals (though some may have training). We are simply fellow players who are willing to listen and talk should you reach out.

I don’t think I’m suicidal – can I still talk in that channel?
Oh god, yes. Life isn’t always easy, and having someone to just vent to can help. Whether you are depressed, anxious, frustrated – whatever has you feeling alone or subjugated – your fellow players are here to listen.
Someone made threats of suicide in game… what do I do? Do I contact you?
No, do not contact me. You want to file a trouble ticket in order to get CCP GM’s attention. To do so:
1. Open a new trouble ticket
2. Select type “Game Play Support”
3. Select category “Stuck” and “Stuck Character”
4. Put “Suicidal person” or something similar in the subject, and include a description of what you witnessed. Attach any chat logs or screenshots that can help the GM’s.
Additionally, if you can, try to keep the person talking. Listen to what they have to say. You can encourage them to contact us at Broadcast 4 Reps, but please get the ticket in first so that CCP can get to work while you are talking.
